*Canadian subscribers: please add 5% GST (BC, MB, SK, AB, NT, NU, YK, QC); 13% HST (NB, NL, ON); 14% HST (PEI); 15% HST (NS) as applicable.

The above rates include surface postage.

Discounts
10% agent discount is allowed.

Note: Annual subscription rates are based on 9 issues per year. Subscriptions are based on a calendar year with a January 1 start date. Online Site Licenses include access to both canadian-nurse.com and infirmiere-canadienne.com. Institutional Online Site Licenses allow for up to three fixed IP addresses.

Payment
Please ensure that cheques are payable to Canadian Nurses Association in Canadian funds. VISA and MasterCard are also accepted. We will not invoice.

Notification of change of address should be forwarded 30 days before the new address becomes effective.

Claims
Claims for a missing issue must be made within 6 months of the issue’s publication date. Missing issues will be replaced free of charge, subject to availability.
Replacement copies of older issues, when available, can be purchased at the single-issue rate.

Subscription providers
Please note that as of April 30, 2012, we will be charging an administrative fee of $25 for every subscription(s)/renewal(s) that is not received in the correct $ amount.
To avoid this charge, please ensure that you submit the correct payment for your subscription(s)/renewal(s). In the event that a monetary discrepancy is found, the subscription will be placed on hold until the administrative fee has been paid in full. This applies to both refunds and balances owed.
